Unable to reset intellinet router to factory default

The following is for the DI-514, DI-524, DI-604, DI-614+, DI-624, DI-624S, DI-754, DI-764, DI-774, and DI-784 routers. To perform a reset, please follow steps below: Step 1 With the unit on, place a paper clip into the hole on the back on the unit labeled Reset. Step 2 Hold paper clip down for 10 seconds and release. Note: Do not repower unit during this procedure. Step 3 The unit will reboot on its own. Once the WLAN light stops blinking, the unit is reset. Resetting the router does not reset the firmware to an earlier version. It will change all settings back to factory defaults. If you have the European version of this router, this procedure may not work. Please consult the D-Link office near you. D-Link USA does not support the European version.

Hold the reset button in for 10-15 seconds... Now its defaulted back to factory and the user name and pass will both be admin

To reset the router to factory defaults just press and hold the reset button of the router for 30 seconds while the power is ON use a pen or a paperclip to reset the router, then after 30 seconds unplug the power of the router after that the router should be reset already...

you have to open internet explorer and type 192.168.1.254. then go to broadband link at the top of the page. hit the advanced settings then you have to re enter all you information like your username, password etc... i hope the helps you if i doesnt let me know.
