make sure the cartridges are installed properly close the top and wait for atleast a minute, then try again, and it never hurts to turn it off and on again it might help.
My printer appeard "PRINTER ERROR SEE YOUR DOCUMENTATION" on the printer's panel, I turn the printer off an then put it ON but still the message is coming again. So I cannot printer or do anything. How can we solve fix this problem?
