Buzzing sound car stereo

A lound buzzing sound is an indication that the Driver (transistor) for the amplifier final is bad. This is not so much a buzzing and it is extreme in loundness.

My speakers are buzzing.

Passive speakers don't buzz in the absence of a signal that makes them buzz. Look for a single source doing it, specific cabling loose, power cords near signal wires.

I get a loud intermitant buzz from one of my JBL eon 15-G2 speaker, no music signal just buzz. What is the problem do you think...? EQ circuit problem, speaker cones seem to be intact.

If you turn the unit on with no input and get a loud buzz, and when you put signal to it and you cannot hear the music but the buzz (Probably more like a hum). Then most likely the amp is blown.

Annoying buzz coming out

i have a similar problem, and i've seen loads of stories about the same problem from these speakers, it's a shame because otherwise these speakers are pretty good :(

The speakers seem to pick up interference, especially when the volume is low, they also sometimes give out periodic buzzes, but this could be individual faults with equipment.

My speakers are not plugged into any soundcard but are buzzing

May be a short somewhere, speakers always have a little white noise and buzzing, usually nothing you'll notice.

Buzzing noise from speakers

The buzzing noise is being heard probably because there is another electronic device around that's using radio waves to function. (Such as a cell phone, a cordless phone adapter or a wireless router. Even microwaves and ceiling fans can give off these sounds.)

My advice would be to try and move around or turn off some appliances in your room that may give off radio waves.
