Due to infant deaths, that model crib was recalled by government orders. Unsure if any replacement parts would be available after the safety recall due to deaths.

Due to the numerous recalls involving Delta cribs Products America is not able to supply any parts for their cribs. I suggest you first going to the CPSC's website at www.cpsc.gov and making sure that the crib you are using is not part of the recalled units. If it is, you should be able to find details on how to go about replacing the crib from the CPSC website as well.

i nned to ling pieces that holds the rail up

The front rail(drop rail) has a little plastic piece attached to it that reads "push".  This will be on the bottom.

Try calling the customer service number (212)-645-9033. I have not called them yet to get the conversion rails for our Delta Luv 5 in 1, but I'm hoping that they will know more than Babies R Us!!

Use archive.org to look on an old version of their website to see if later models use the same parts. (Check the manuals, they will have pictures). They were fine sending me parts for a 2001 crib today.

I went to the website www.deltaenterprise.com. You will have to have the country of origin, model number and the date of manufacturer or you can not get the parts. The phone number is 800-816-5304. I do not have fast you will get the parts. I called and did not have the country of origin so I will have to wait.
