to that I say what does RESET Mean.? (
PCs have 7 to 100 resets.
why not just tell the story first.
1: lost passwords (bios /or windows, tell which?)
2: windows, is full of virus.
3: bought PC but want fresh OS.
4: selling PC and want it clean no OS or want sell like #3 above.
if he PC has problem lead off with that first.
what if the cure is simple, and not like hitting it with a hammer.?
