Looking for driver MF5630 canon Win_64

I have spent hours to find a solution... there is no driver. But there are definitely 2 solutions:
1. MF5630 - using ONLY printer in Win 7 x64:
You have to use the drivers for MF5700 Series - http://driverscollection.com/?file_cid=4213082682609f383f81540957d

1. First, Click on the Start button in your screen, further click on Control Panel button and then double click on Devices and Printers button.
2. Then click on Add a Printer button in the menu.
3. Further select the Add a local printer button from the available menu.
4. Then choose an existing LPT port and click Next button .
5. Further select the correct driver from the driver list menu for your printer. Suppose if the requisite driver is not available then click on the Windows Update button. After the Windows 7 Update installation finishes in your computer, once again search for the appropriate driver for your printer.

2. FINAL SOLUTION - for printer and scanner - if you have proper PC configuration:)

Win7 has a possibility: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows7/install-and-use-windows-xp-mode-in-windows-7

you can install the WIN XP environment where you can easily install driver for Canon MF 5630 (or any other by Win7 x64 not supported printer/scanner) and additional software.

BUT YOU NEED to run: Windows 7 Professional, Enterprise, or Ultimate editions. Windows XP Mode is not supported on Windows 8.
Your BIOS must support Virtual Machine.

Windows 7 Drivers for Printers and other accessories

As it is known to everyone that Win 7 is the latest Operating System from Microsoft and that lacks one of the best thing which Windows XP was having embedded inside it. Yes the in-built drivers which were automatically detected and installed without any rush for chasing drivers. Till date there are many computer peripherals like (printers, scanners, webcams, tablets, sound cards, NIC or Ethernet or LAN card, laptop, notepad GPS devises, Routers, Switches, Modems, Mobiles and many more) for which MS has not yet released the drivers or the publisher has not yet released drivers for Win 7. Hence, ultimately the user is suffering as they cannot use the peripherals which they were able to use with XP but after installing Win7 those devices don't work anymore because of the lack of drivers inside Win7 Operating

System.

The good news

Win 7 has a very good feature inbuilt on this problem that is compatibility driver installation mode. One can try and install the existing Win XP driver in Win7 with compatible mode. If an XP driver is installed in Win7 with compatibility mode then that particular peripheral gives out the efficiency upto 90% .

In order to install the driver first connect the device to pc and then select have disc in the wizard which pop-ups and then follow the wizard and look out for the word compatibility mode. Just select compatibility mode and your device isready to be used in Win 7. Otherwise you can also install the driver through control panel add new hardware and simply select have disc instead of search automatic and don't forget to select compatible mode while following the wizards instructions.

MF5550 Win7 Driver?

Hi,
here was a thread on this in the windows 7 drivers forum a few months back

http://social.answers.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/w7hardware/thread/a80fe5c1-3ae7-42e5-901c-a0c5de632a80
Check the below options..

1. Install the printer via Control Panel (add printer) and when the installer asks for the driver file, browse and click the driverfile for XP (*.inf). Now the printer will work.

2. If you want all provided software installed, download Orca fra Microsoft. Open the installer.msi og remove the lanchcondition which should contain something like this "VersionNT 400) And Not VersionNT64". Then you can install everything.

Previously i was using windows XP now i installed windows 7. what should i do with drivers ? Its not working efficiently. Hanging problem and PC slow. RAM is 1 GB.

Even though windows 7 can be installed to a system with 1gb of ram it is not recommended because of the extra abilities and the graphical content of the Aero theme

if you're looking for drivers for anything windows 7 is actually pretty good with installing old devices as win7 has a huge database of old drivers

if win7 doesn't have a supported driver for some hardware that you are trying to use, finding a Vista driver will also work as both Vista and Win7 use the same shell and drivers are compatable with each other, the same can't be said about XP as it's using a completely different shell.

Canon MF3110 driver for 64bit Win7

Try installing the printer driver - Vista version of the Canon MF3110. It may work but may not give you all the functions you had under Vista.

WONT PRINT I ADDED WINDOW 7

By changing operating systems, you now need to install a new printer driver file. Further, I recommend you uninstall your MX310 from your computer before installing the new Win7 software. It will re-install your MX310 for proper Win7 function.

I need a new install disk or download to get my 2wire modem to connect to windows 7 . my old insatll disk dates to 2002 and will not work on my new computer

Did this system come from the vendor with Win7 installed? If not, then you may need Win7 drivers... good luck with that...

If the interface is an "add-on/in" then... you may need Win7 "drivers"... good luck with that...

If all else fails... try calling your ISP... seriously...
