I'm guessing you are only finding manuals in Russian. You didn't include an image of the front panel, but I suspect either the GR or the DRS specify Russian models. In searching for just MC8083 there are several manuals... but one in particular looks like it *might* be what you are looking for... in English. I realize it seems to be about a different model number, but may be the equivalent: http://mypdfmanuals.com/dref/3908713

Most major manufacturers supply manuals online so if you were to log on to the manufacturer's web site, you may be pleasantly surprised as usually, if available, one is able to download, by model number, Customer Instruction Manuals, Dealer Network for spare part supplies as required.

The information is normally free of charge.

It seems there is no English language instruction book for the Wirlpool microwave FT 338. However, the nearest UK equivalent is the FT 337, and the only difference is the lack of the "Crisp" plate.
I suggest you download the FT 337 instruction book in English from the Wirlpool.Uk website, and also the FT 338 insytruction book in French from the same source, which means you only need to translate a few lines of French into English to have the full instructions.

I took Spanish version and used Google translation tool for parts I needed. Longwinded way of doing it but it works (In a fashion)

Call thr Customer Service number located in the existing booklet and ask if the manual is available in English.

That model is made for the Spanish-speaking market.

The only thing I could suggest is to see if another model's manual is close enough to yours.
