Incoming calls can hear me but i cant hear them

Do you have it going to 'mute' or to the dial page on accident?

you need to replace the ear piece on the phone to have it working

SOURCE: cant hear any sound

the speaker earpiece have been gone

SOURCE: cant hear incoming voices unless i put it on

this sounds like a broken earpiece speaker you might be able to find a replacement one on-line and replace it or if its still under warranty send it back in and get it replaced
