The only reprint is the Reprint key on the top left, but it will only reprint what you have just typed. For an addressable memory you need a WW 5, 6 or a model with save and play keys on the L. of keyboard.

My IBM Selectric II typewriter skips part of a letter when typing envelopes and going over the overlapped thickness. Even repeating the letter doesn't help.

That particular key is not hitting the paper flush as it should. Carefully try adjusting it in the direction of the miss.

How do I use the RePrint or Memory Function?

You didn't give the model of the WW, if it only has a reprint it is not suitable for this application as it will only retype what has just been typed. You will need a WW with a fully addressable memory (store, play and delete keys)
