Wipers, Signals, Cigarette is most probably because of failed fuses. Please check the fuse box. because all you have listed are not related to each other they are not likely to fail at the same time. Gas meter i doubt whether it is because of fuse or not. Gas meter failures or wrong indications are common problem in mercedeses. So first better to check the fuse box. it may fix all those problems.

2006 Malibu maxx front or back washer pumps will not work. pulled both pumps out and made sure both work. I have pulled all fuses, relays out replace them all. Both pumps work off Separate switches.

Replacing parts just to replace them wont fix a bad wire or part. Better to use a voltmeter and ohn meter to check if your getting power to the wires. You may have a bad connection or bad switch on the column for the pumps. Without checking the circuits it will behard to tell what it is thats wrong. Find a wiring diagram and trace the wires and components.

2007 Pontiac g6 wipers stay in upright position

Hey Derek , here is how the wipers park position is suppose to work !
Windshield wiper motor park operation is controlled by the body control module (BCM) using an input from the park switch within the wiper motor assembly. The BCM monitors the windshield wiper motor park switch circuit to determine if the windshield wiper blades are at the bottom of the glass. The circuit will be pulled to ground by the wiper motor park switch while the windshield wiper motor is operating. When the wiper switch is turned to the OFF position while the wiper motor is somewhere in mid-cycle, the BCM will continue to operate the motor until the wipers reach the park position. If the ignition is turned OFF while the wipers are in mid-cycle, the wipers will stop immediately where they are. The BCM will park the wipers the next time the ignition is turned ON.
The wipers will not park when they are commanded ON and OFF with a scan tool. The BCM will park the wipers the next time the wiper switch is turned ON and OFF.
The BCM provides stall protection for the wiper motor by monitoring the park switch. If the park switch does not transition for 3 seconds while the wipers are operating, the BCM will assume that the wiper motor is stalled, and will de-energize the wiper relay until the wiper switch is cycled OFF and ON again.
Check for a voltage signal on the yellow wire at the wiper motor assembly , this is signal to the BCM ! If there is no signal you need to replace the windshield wiper motor assembly ? If there is a signal need to have Tech 2 scan tool hooked up to see if The BCM is the problem ! Relay #39 an #40 are the high an low wiper relays in the under hood fuse block ! Do you have a volt meter ,do you know how to do electrical testing ?

First I would look in the fuse box by the driver side and check the fuse,if good then get a meter and see if power is going to wiper motor,if so,then wiper motor is bad,if no power is going to motor, then bad switch, here's a link to see. REMOVAL & INSTALLATION
The windshield wiper/washer switch is part of the Combination Switch Assembly. Refer to Turn Signal/Combination Switch services procedures.

Wipers wont work

Did you check each side of the fuse with a test light ?.I have been caught out checking fuses with a meter that tested ok only to find them go open circuit under load. If ok test again with the light at the wiper motor , if light shines bright fault is in the wiper motor, repair or replace.

Wipers work when i turn left

You have two options here.

1. Replace the Combination Switch as your Wiper/Washer, Turn Signal, Emergency Flasher and High/Low Head Lights are all in the same switch.

2. Fix the broken wire inside of the switch.

Here are the steps you need:

1. Tilt the stearing wheel up and remove the lower dash panel. (Three 8mm Hex screws)

2. Remove the steel anti-theft place behind the lower dash panel (Five 5/16 Hex screws)

3. Remove the lower stearing column panel (four phillips screws) There is one on the left, three on the right. You will have to look all the way back on the right rear to get this one as it is slightly hidden behind the dash frame.

4. Lift slightly on the upper stearing column panel and remove the two #10 Torx scress that secure the combination switch and disconnect the electrical plugs.

5. Assemble in reverse.

Now, if your problem is related to the delay circuitry of the Wipers, you can remove the 5 Torx screws in the combination switch which will allow you to seperate the two halves. When you do, there will be on plastic contact slide that will come out of the top and you will have to fish this back in when reassembling but it is quite easy.

There will be a three wire plug that also connects to from the top housing and feeds into your turn signal lever. Slide a small screw driver into the lock mechanism and pull free.

These three wires (Red, Blue and Yellow) are what control your wipers and wiper delay. If one of them is broken, you can resolder to fix the problem.

If the wires are not broken, then you likely will have to buy a switch as you cannot get inside of the sealed handle. However, you can use an ohm meter to test the function of the switch.

Total time to remove and replace the switch is about 30 minutes. To disassemble the switch, replair and reinstall is about 1 hour depending on your abilities.

Lights, wiper, meters and dash board lights not working

The body control module, BCM is responsible for the function of all of these, and if it has lost communication, or is not functioning, then none of them will work. Not to be discouraging, but this is not a problem to be tackled without a DRB II, a subscription to DealerConnect, and a Daimler Chrysler Platinum Certified technician.
