I have a w220 motorola.. the phone suddenly hang up and it only shows an arrow on the bottom of the screen, pointing upward. it just appears to be a blue screen with the arrow. it won't charge, cannot be switched off unless i take off the battery, it vibrates every now and then without pressing anything, and since it is a flip phone, when i close it, the backlights won't turn off.. i also can't use the codes for the master reset since i cannot press any key, cause it only shows the blue screen and the arrow. please help me. i need to get my phone fixed as soon as possible.

generic for all phones... the standard way to change the time and show it on screen is simply going to the settings and look for time settings... in here, you can actually change the time, the date , and the year and you can also change the time format form 12 hour to 24 hour.
