Go to service provider office and tell them about your problem.. outgoing call is closed by the service provider when they have insufficient documents.. contact costumer care..

For clarification of your problem, may I know what exactly the phone model that you have.
Did you mean that only number and not the name of your contact appeared on the screen or into your call registry?
In some cases like this, it just happen that you have eventually has done a double entry of the number on your phone book or into your cellphone. If you have entered or save 2 or more names on one number, the unit will only display the number and not the name assigned to it, because it will not display multiple name on one same number.
Also check if your contact was saved into the phone memory or into the SIM memory. Check the phone book settings and check the memory in use, by default choose >>Phone - SIM memory, to use both locations.

sir i guess there is a software named CALL RECORDER installed on ur cell which records your all calls including incoming and outgoing!!such beeps come in this type of software only!!!
increase the volume while you are talking on phone call. You can increase the volume by press silver FM button. To reduce the volume use silver MP3 button.
