Dishwasher I have an AEG favorit 40660i and the water is not getting hot. I suspect it might be the element but do you have any info in changing the element?

This "Inductive heating element"is in line with the pipe feeding the top spray arm. it is about 15cm long and has a clamp at each end with one electrical push on connecter. It can be reached by taking off the back bottom plate and just follow the spayarm down to this device.

My dishwasher aeg favorit 50870 not use hot water(not do hot water)

If the water isn't getting hot, then either the water inlet valve that opens the hot water is faulty or the heating element that heats the machine may be bad.

Aeg favorit senorlogic three beeps and no evidence of problem but dishwasher won't work

Anti flood system triggered that puts the machiene in pump out mode. This machiene has a poor quality "Y" pipe at the bottom that is prone to pin holes in the pipe due to poor quality and extremely thin. The pin holes cause a small amount of water to activate the Anti flood micro switch on the polystireen float at the bottom of the washer.

Hi my AEG Favourit dishwasher has no hot water. Thinking it must be the element after reading other posts. Any idea how a young lady witha useless hubby can get this changed. I want want to have to call...

1 st change the useless hubby !! Get a good hubby who can check the element (sound like it is open circuit) with an ohm meter. This will show a few ohm's is the element is fine and infinity if the element is open circuit.

AEG Dishwasher 54850 not heating up the water is no getting hot

This could be the electrical element (some use the old traditional element and some (later models) use inductive heater coupled in line with the hose feeding the top sprayer arm. A test with an Ohm meter should indicate if the element is open circuit.

Water not heating. Element replaced with new but still no joy.

The water is heated via a "inductive heater" and not the usual heating elements. This heating device is at the bottom back of the dishwasher and is a cyliderical +/- 15 cm long metal tube. It can easly be removed by the wire clamps at each end. It does have electrical push on connector that just plugs out. If the electrical connections are good I suggest you replace it with a new one (if you can get one).

Dishwasher cycles are taking too long

usaully water temperature is the major reason why a dishwasher takes longer this could be due to the water tank.To verify this open hot water valve and let it run on your hand and count the seeconds it takes to get so hot your hand has to pull out. Between 10 to 20 sec normal, 20 to 30 means dishwasher has to heat it up and this takes longer but acceptable. 30 to 60 this would really impact the time of your cycles. Now regarding the sauce pans this surprises me this could be the dishwasher internal water heater which would let be belive that water level is too low or even absent you need to let it fill up and while it is operating stop it open the door and see if water covers the heater. I do recomend that you schedule a technical service expert to verify your unit
