My Samsung SL30 isn't recognized via usb. I'd like info as to how to fix this issue. Please don't tell me to get a card reader. Thanks.

I am not sure about the compatibility issues regarding vista and your software. BUT, If you do have a USB then that means you can use a portable memory card reader. It is always easier to transfer files via USB (with card reader) than by connecting the camera and using a specific software.

Plus, portable memory card readers are very cheap and very useful!
