go to main power c.breaker an reset it. And try again. Otherwise you must have the instruction manual and read in section troubleshooting how to reset from the machine.

Very common issue on this unit, unplug for 30 seconds if the light still flashes replace the touch pad to fix the problem.

This is probably okay, you have clock like motions running the motor electric contacts. There needs to be a delay between some cycles or shorting will occur. The motor on some designs, for example. is reversed to pump out water. to have this work long term, a delay is inherent and not a concern.

Please check the user guide. There may be settings available like sleep timer in TV sets.

Did you try the power on button all the way to the left?

disconnect the hose and run it into a bucket, is it pumping freely?.

did you check the trap for a blockage?

You may have a leak in the pump housing area below the unit, this would cause the drain pump to run continually.

expert toddg has suggested that there is a 5 year warranty, is it over 5 years old?
