My KP-62HS10 sony tv got picture smear and cook on right sight. i think some electronic part burn out ?

Bad STK ICs they are Big Black ICs and will have Part Number on them example STK392-110

This kind of problem occurs due to failure of convergence output ICs in Sony KP-51HW40 tv.
Replace convergence output ICs to solve tv problem.
Local tv repairman will do this job if you have no experience of electronics stuff repair.

This is a picture tube type TV. No lamp.
You don't describe the distortion.
A colour green picture that is twisted and shifted away from the other colours is a convergence problem. see Projection TV Convergence on this site.
If the green is smeared, out of focus, larger than the other colours like a halo around objects, things like that, it is the green picture tube. Sony has discontinued most of the picture tubes so you may not be able to get this fixed.

change the switch and check for bad connection, Job must be done by some one who has basic electronics background.

Your Sony TV needs Screen (G2) volts adjustment and I'm not sure that you can do that or not by yourself.
If you are confident and know electronic stuff repair, then let me know to guide you OR call local TV tech to perform adjustment.

The resistor (r9335) on the blue crt base board is open and burned thats why the 200v is missing. replacing the resistor will solve the problem. cheers!

TV will need service soon, blue CRT is on its way out, will need replacing
