I have a frigidaire fridge model # FSC238F7DSBA I had a blinking error of " E F" on the control panel. I checked out the error codes as well as called frigidare customer service and they both led me to the evaporator fan. I purchased a new one and replaced it, this was not the problem or only problem. Still receiving same error code, E F" on the control panel. I pay a technician to come out and was advised it's the POWER CONTROL BOARD part # 241708102. I order the part and change it. Still same error message? Not sure if there is a reset button or if I am missing a step already purchased a $85 fan did not need and paid $92 service fee, purchased control board and still no fridge. Funds are very scarce and me and my 9 yr old are about to loose it w/o fridge for 8 the day now. Please let me know if I am missing something or if I must call technician back out. Thanks.

This error indicates a problem with the control board.
To resolve the problem unplug it from the power for 5-8 hrs and then replug it the control board will reset itself and that should help you to fix the problem, else the board will need a replacement.

I have a defy fridge DFF436 double side door the fridge control panel has a NN code and the fridge is not coming back on I.how can I fix this problem with my fridge

This is an unknown error. The only mention online is 2 other people looking for a fix. You can try a power cycle, disconnect power for 10 minutes, press and hold any button for 60 seconds. Plug it back in. This is the only reset procedure listed.

What does E6 code in Frigidaire wine fridge mean? Model FGWC5233TS

The E6 error code on a Frigidaire wine fridge, specifically the model FGWC5233TS, indicates a fault with the upper temperature sensor. When this error code is displayed, it means that the temperature sensor located in the upper portion of the wine fridge is not functioning properly or is experiencing a malfunction.
To troubleshoot and resolve the E6 error code, you can try the following steps:
  1. Unplug the wine fridge from the power source for a few minutes and then plug it back in. This may reset the error code and resolve any temporary issues.
  2. Ensure that the wine fridge is properly leveled. Uneven positioning can affect the performance of the temperature sensor. Adjust the feet or placement of the unit to ensure it is level.
  3. Check for any obstructions or blockages around the upper temperature sensor. Make sure there are no items blocking the sensor or disrupting its operation.
  4. If the error persists, it is recommended to contact Frigidaire customer support or a qualified appliance technician for further assistance. They can provide specific guidance based on the model and help diagnose and repair the issue with the upper temperature sensor.

Frigidaire gallery refrigerator lights blinking continuously like disco lights

The EF code typically indicates a problem with the evaporator fan motor or a sensor related to the fan. Since you already replaced the evaporator fan motor and the code didn't go away, it's possible that there is still an issue with the sensor or with the wiring that connects the fan to the control board. You may want to check the wiring and make sure all connections are secure.

The blinking lights inside the fridge could be a sign of a problem with the control board. When you replaced the control board, did you make sure to program it according to the manufacturer's instructions? If the programming isn't correct, it could cause the lights to blink.

It's also possible that the new control board is defective or not compatible with your particular refrigerator model. You may want to double-check that you have the correct part number and that it's designed for your specific model.

If you've tried all of these troubleshooting steps and the problem persists, it may be time to call in a professional technician to diagnose and repair the issue.

Fridge keeps beeping, have unplugged, checked door and drawer seals and still keeps beeping

http://www.ehow.com/info_12148688_cause-beeping-noise-frigidaire-refrigerator. Cause of Beeping Noise in Frigidaire Refrigerator eHow

Fridge keeps beeping or buzzing: The following is for Frigidaire models but others can be addressed similarly.

Several Frigidaire refrigerator models have an electronic control panel on the freezer door the owner can use to adjust the internal temperature, dispense ice and water and receive notification about issues such as the need to replace a water filter. The refrigerators also emit a beep for various actions and as an occasional alarm. Determining what causes the beeps necessitates some troubleshooting.
Temperature Controls ·A Frigidaire refrigerator's display panel blinks when the control panel is touched to set temperature controls. After pressing "Freezer Temp" or "Refrigerator Temp" on the keypad, press the arrow buttons within five seconds to increase or decrease the desired temperature. If you do not press the arrow buttons within five seconds after pressing "Freezer Temp" or "Refrigerator Temp" on the keypad, the refrigerator beeps to indicate the current setting will stay in place.

Door Open ·When you leave the refrigerator or freezer door open, the refrigerator beeps. Also, the "Door Ajar" indicator illuminates on the appliance's display panel. Shutting the door and pressing "Alarm Reset" stops the beeping and turns off the "Door Ajar" indicator light.
·The Frigidaire refrigerator has a control lock feature that prevents use of its control panel or dispensers when the unit is locked. When the control lock is active, a beep sounds when a keypad or dispenser is pressed. Release the control lock by pressing the "Control Lock" icon for three seconds. A beep will sound, and the icon's light will go out.
Power Reset ·A power reset is occasionally necessary if the Frigidaire refrigerator's control panel does not work normally or a reset function on the keypad does not work. A power reset involves disconnecting power to the refrigerator by unplugging its power cord from the electrical outlet, waiting 30 seconds and plugging the power cord back into the electrical outlet. When the control panel resets, a beep sounds. If the refrigerator beeps even after a power reset and the beeps' source is not known, contact Frigidaire.

What does a blinking 4 on a digital fridge model frs6lf7fw9 mean

Hi Friend, this is Z. That's a great question!

Generally, error code 4 means that your refrigerator is experiencing an issue with the damper door. The damper is either not opening or closing properly. One of the best ways to determine if this is a false error code is to reset the power to your refrigerator by either unplugging it or flipping off the breaker for about 30 seconds. If the error code persists, it's a good idea to have a service tech properly diagnose the wiring between the damper and main control board.
