Open the hood, Locate the plastic panel at the base of the windscreen on the passenger side near the wiper arm. The panel is held in place with plastic tabs. Pull the center stems of the tabs upwards. You may need to use a needle nose pliers to GENTLY pull stem upwards( about 1/4"). Remove tabs. Remove panel. Once panel is removed the filter is visible and can be easily removed and new one installed. Reinstall panel ,reinstall tabs. push center stems towards panel to secure tabs.

Regarding 2002 honda accord air filter, is that the cabin air filter? any other engine filter existed or not? Thanks! Victor

The air filter will filter the air going into the engine and is located in the engine compartment. The cabin filter filters the are entering the passenger compartment and is located behind the glove box. The other filter would be the fuel filter, It is typically located or mounted on the firewall in the engine compartment.

If you would like more details on any of these don't hesitate to ask!

How would i find out were and how to change my air filter on my 03 cherolet silverado 1500

Air filters are recommended to be changed generally every 10 000 km or 6000 miles. On your truck it should be located on the passenger side under the hood compartment with 4 bolts holding the cover on.

The heater control valve is on the passenger side of the engine compartment, below the fuel filter. It looks like a small black box with a cable coming from the passenger compartment attached to it.

Need to replace passenger compartment air filter. wher is it and how do I change it?

On a lot of vehicles these are located under the hood on the passenger side at the firewall. There should be a skinny black plastic cover there with a picture of a filter on it or words saying cabin filter. Squeeze the end tabs to remove cover and expose the filter. This process is similar to changing a furnace filter, where you slide the old one out and the new one in the same way.

Tranny Filter

A lot of auto parts come in the form of a filter which is designed to remove impurities and foreign objects from a stream of gas or liquid. A typical car employs an oil filter, a transmission filter, a fuel filter, and an air filter. However, there is yet another type of filter which is least common to car owners. The cabin air filter, also referred to as the passenger compartment filter, the pollen filter, the dust filter, or the interior ventilation filter is inherent in vehicles manufactured in the 80s. More and more vehicles are now equipped with cabin air filters, but what exactly is a cabin air filter? The cabin air filter is tasked to eliminate almost all of the airborne elements that come with the air that enters the passenger compartment. It is guaranteed to enhance the quality of the air that goes around the passengers area. The cabin air filter is attached under the dashboard, behind the glove compartment or in the engine chamber. Your factory cabin air filter may be worn and torn with use and time, which is why an aftermarket Chevymag-glass_10x10.gif cabin air filter replacement is manufactured. The Chevy cabin air filter replacement is designed to ideally replace your factory cabin air filter which is created to top the performance of your old one. The Chevy cabin air filter replacement is ideal to use because it helps purify the air and remove particles that might cause the passengers allergic reactions. It is highly beneficial not only to the car occupants, but also of the car driver so that he will not get distracted from controlling the maneuvers of the vehicle operation.

1998 audi a6 air filter change

If it's the 2.8L V6, the air filter is in the big plastic box on the passenger side of the engine bay, between the back of the headlight and the secondary firewall that walls off the engine compartment from the battery compartment. Just undo the clips holding the lid onto the box, lift the lid, and you'll see the filter inside.
