Messages We have this answering machine and we turned it off. But someone called and said they left me a voicemail message but it never recorded. So I checked it out myself and the message does come on but it does not register I ever got it. This is not good as people are assuming I'm not returning their calls. Is my machine defective or is there something I can do to rectify this situation. Thanks
