This is how you can install a printer to be a network printer.
Depending on your version of windows determines how your network will work, but for the most part, as long as you have this printer connected to a Windows PC you should be able to set it up to print wirelessly this way.

You can download the Lexmark 4800 Series driver from the Lexmark website at http://bit.ly/hjWPTi. However, for the Lexmark OCR scan software, that can only be installed using the install disc that came with your printer. If you lost the disc, please contact Lexmark technical support for additional assistance.
Setting up a Lexmark Z2420 on a wireless connection is a straightforward process, but it can vary depending on your specific network configuration. Here are the general steps you can follow to set up your Lexmark Z2420 on a wireless connection:
Connect the printer to the wireless network: Turn on the printer and make sure it is in range of your wireless network. Press the Wireless button on the printer's control panel to access the wireless menu. Use the navigation buttons to select "Wireless Setup Wizard" and then press OK. Follow the on-screen instructions to connect the printer to your wireless network.
Install the printer software: Insert the installation CD that came with your printer into your computer's CD drive and follow the on-screen instructions to install the printer software. If you don't have the installation CD, you can download the software from the Lexmark website.
Add the printer to your computer: Once the software is installed, add the printer to your computer by following the on-screen instructions. You may be prompted to enter your wireless network name and password.
Test the printer: Once the printer is connected to your wireless network, test it by printing a test page from your computer.
It's important to note that the steps may vary depending on your specific network configuration, and it's best to consult the manual or the Lexmark website for the specific instructions. Also, it's important to make sure that your computer and the printer are connected to the same wireless network and that the network is working properly before attempting to connect the printer. If you're still having trouble setting up the printer, you may need to consult the manual or contact Lexmark customer support for additional assistance. if i help my cashapp $ralphpapi
You need to cancel all print jobs for a printer, you must have permission to manage documents on the printer.
1. Open printers by clicking the "Start" button , clicking "Control Panel," clicking "Hardware and Sound," and then clicking "Printers."
2. To open the print queue, double-click the printer you are using.
3. Click the "Printer" menu, and then click "Cancel All Documents." Depending on the printer, the item currently printing might finish, but the remaining items will be cancelled.
Next, you may have to change the communication format called the "Spool format."
Please follow the steps given below to change the spool data format:
1. Click on "Start," "Control Panel," "Hardware and Sound" and "Printers."
2. Then, right click on the Lexmark printer icon and left click "Properties."
3. Either on the "Advanced" tab or the "General" tab for some models, there is a "Print Processor" button, left click it.
4. This is the spool format setting. Under "Print processor" it should be set to "Lexmark 4800 series print processor." Next, under "Default datatype," select "NT EMF 1.008."
5. Click "OK" and exit back out to your desktop.
6. Please try printing again.
If this does not help the situation, please describe any differences it does make.
I bought a Lexmark 4875 for mac. It bombs every application when you hit the "print" button. Downloading the fresh driver didn't help, and their support website doesn't address this issue at all.
