Yes, the belt has aged and when heated by the normal functioning, it extends and starts slipping - you just need to replace it.
Dismantle the deck and take the tape out. Measure it very carefully and order an identical replacement from here

Take out all the screws, there are at least 10 that i can remember now - 2 on each side and 6 at the rear - and slide the cover off - now you have access at the mechanism . The belt will be clearly visible stretch across 3 wheels - a small white one on the motor , a medium black one on the gearing and a big, gray metal one on the capstan. Unscrew the support of the capstan wheel and slide the belt out.

What you are seeing is the electronics board, the mechanism is under it - you will have to remove some screws and tilt it upward to access the mechanism. You can't take it out completely, there are wires from the head and motor soldered on it.
This is how a very similar mechanism looks like - yours might have a longer belt and an extra wheel.

I have a Memorex 9200M am/fm stereo ,double cassette turntable and 3 cd changer and it will no turn on, I've only used it 8 or 9 times. How or can I fix it ?

If you bought this new, I strongly suggest taking it back. There are no servicable parts inside and taking it apart will void warranty

Cassette player doesnt play or record, ff or rewind. CD player, AM/FM radio works fine.

Hi.
If you hear a faint whirring sound from the cassette player while performing these functions, the motor is fine, but you require a new drive belt/s that need to be fitted at an electronics shop. If you hear not sound at all, the motor has died (possibly belts too), again it will require and electrinics repair shop visit.
For the sake of repairing it, it maybe cheaper to buy a new one.

Stereo....

There is no easy inexpensive way to hard wire an MP3 player into a factory stereo from 1994.

But there are 3 possible solutions and the first 2 should be less than $50.00

1. Use an FM transmitter that plugs into the headphone jack on the MP3 player, you tune the existing radio to the transmitter frequency.
2. If it is a cassette deck there are cassette adapters also, uses direct contact with the heads on the cassette deck to play the MP3 -- getting hard to find these.
3. Have a shop put an FM Modulator in the antenna line that has a plug that will fit the headphone jack of the MP3 player. Most expensive of the 3 solutions but will have the best sound of the 3.

RCA Boom Box, Cassette Player works improperly

This sounds like a dirty or sticky pinch roller - use a commercial cassette head cleaner - or ear but with a alcohol cleaner -

If the capston is not rolling the cassette forward this my be due to a broken belt - or may have just jumped off - power down the product and disconnet from the mains - then open it up - normaly the front come away undo the mounting screws from around the cassette mechanism normaly around 4 and carefuly look at the back there should normaly be 2 rubber band one to the capston and 1 to the pich roller the belt that may be broken is the smaller of the too. most cassette deck use the same size belt
