I have a 2006 Fusion with the same issue and I fixed it for less than $2. There is a drain tube that goes from the passenger floor board out through the firewall to allow water to drain under the vehicle. However, water can travel along the underside and seep back into the vehicle. I went to a hardware store and bought a few inches of 5/8" tubing. I simply slipped this onto the drain and the water now flows down the tube and safely away from the interior of the car. Been dry ever since.

Take the plastic panel off under the glove box and pull the carpet back. Up a bit and in the center of the passengers footwell is where the drain passes through the firewall, this could be leaking and letting water in. While you are under there if you don't see any signs of water leaking at that tube look for signs of water leaking around the airbox for the HVAC.

Pull the passengers carpet up all the way, the padding under the carpet is probrably soaked also. Don't want that to mold.

Wet floorboard 2004 toyota highlander passenger side

Often the floor of the passenger side become wet if the drain pipe of the evaporator is:
- Bent or twisted.
- Clogged or,
- There is any obstruction in its routing.
The drain pipe is a rubber hose about 14 mm in diameter, located just under the evaporator (cooling coil) casing on the passenger side.
The most easiest way to clean the pipe is to take it out, wash it from inside with water or to blow a compressed air slowly through its distal end while leaving it in place under the body.
Note: Keep your eyes away while blowing the air.
Hope that it works.

Front passenger side floor is soaking wet.

Sounds like the a/c drain is clogged up you need to look on the firewall near the bottom behind engine pull drain stop of and clean it out and see if that takes care of your problem .

My passenger side floor is getting wet i think its a cloged ac drain tube but cant find it

Look underneath the passenger side around the firewall area. You can use a straight rod to run up into it to break the clog free and start draining.

My floor boards in my Cavalier are Soaked ..

If you've been using your air conditioner during this time, and it hasn't rained at all, then the small drain at the bottom of the a/c evaporator core may be plugged. When you use the a/c to cool the car the evaporator coil [located next to the heater core in the ductwork under the dash] is very cold and moisture from the hot humid air condenses on it as a result. This condensation dribbles down the core and accumulates in the plastic housing under it where it should then drain out a small hole and drip onto the ground. If the small drain gets plugged, which happens quite often, then the water fills up the housing until it overflows and then runs out and soaks the carpet on the front passenger side. The drain is located on the engine side of the firewall, passenger side, down low where the firewall begins to curve under. Usually a puff of air will clear the clog and the drain will work fine again. If the carpet is really wet it would be a good idea to remove it and get everything dry again as it tends to get pretty smelly if left wet. One last note: usually a leaky a/c unit will only make the passenger side carpet wet unless it's been leaking for a long time while a leaky windshield seal can make both sides wet depending on where it is leaking. Good luck, hope this helps you out!

Where do I find the air conditioner drain tube

The air conditioner condensation drain is under the hood not inside the car. The fluid is probably a leaking heater coil. It is located on the passenger side firewall.

Carpet on passenger side gets wet

The drain from the a/c under the dash is plugged up and needs to be cleared. If you check from under the vehicle, u should be able to find the end of the drain tube on the passenger side, behind or near the front wheel. Carefully run a wire up the tube to dislodge the obstruction (goop build up). You can also use compressed air.
