Removed paper jam and now copies are blank.

Make about 5 to 10 prints; then, leave the machine in the office environment (normal temperature/humidity conditions)
* This symptom is noticeable in a low temperature/ humidity environment, and is absent under normal environmental conditions.
* This symptom occurs in keeping with the primary charging roller rotation (38 mm).
My d780 is making blank pages when you copy or fax but when recieve faxes they print out. Any ideas?

same problem prints blank even after new toner installed although when I take it out and reinstall it, it may print one or two times then go back to blank
