You'll need to do an OS reload on the phone. You'll need blackberry desktop manager, and your data cable. You can download blackberry desktop manager from www.blackberry.com if you don't have your CD for the phone. Once it's installed, you'll have to download the device software. Either from your carrier, or from blackberry.com For VerizonWireless you can download device software at www.vzam.net/blackberry
once the device software is also installed, since your phone isn't showing the app error reset screen, you'll be able to do a software update (plug the phone in after the install, blackberry desktop manager will prompt you for the update.) Once updated, your phone should work fine. :)
i don't remember how i connected mine, check directions that came with the bluetooth. i think i turned the bluetooth on first, then add device. i know you need a # from the bluetooth to put into the bb. usually 0000 or 000 (cant remember) for motorola.
