The video bitrate (file compression) is to high and needs to be re encoded at lower bitrate(kbps).
Try these settings for 1080p: http://img199.imageshack.us/img199/1866/codecit.jpg

File Contains No Message

This is for you, if when you go to look at pictures on your camera that you have already taken, and a message appeares on the screen that says: file contains no message. This happened to me. Don't panic. This happens when you accidently cut your pictures from your sd card, and put them in another folder, so you can look at them. Follow these steps:
1. Delete the messages that say: file contains no message off your camera.
2. The pictures should be already on your computer.
3. Save your pictures to a blank CD.
4. Go to a store with the CD, and get your pictures developed.

I hope this helps.

HOW DO I UPLAOD PHOTOS FROM MY PHONE?

Try the following:

1. Locate the USB cable that came with your phone. Connect one end to your phone and the other end to your computer.
2. A message will appear on your phone (File Transfer), press the Play Button (orange one) to select it.

Note: A scrolling message will now appear on your phone saying do not remove the USB cable until you have exited ....

2. If MAC (your phone will appear as an Icon on the Desktop). If PC then you will need to Navigate to your Computer (to see the device connected).

3. There will be a folder called something like Phone CARD (all photos are contained within that folder).

4. There will be a folder from within that called DCIM. Copy the entire folder to your desktop (or whereever). All Photos are contained within that folder.

5. There is also another folder called the Picture folder. There will be Photos and other pictures contained in that folder. I suggest you copy the Picture folder also.

6. On a PC (click the Safely Remove Device icon) at the bottom of your screen. On a Mac (highlight the Phone Card icon and drag to the Trash can).

I hope this is helpful and solves your problem. Please rate. Regards
