How do I contact archos support, I bought an archos 5 internet tablet off ebay, of course it has been registered, and I want to change it to my address,but this cannot be done unless I register it. How do I resolve this problem

Look at the back of your archos 28 to indicate or the receipt.

Go to eBay and search for your charger. Once you go to www.ebay.com type in Archos 101 Internet Tablet AC Adapter and hit the search button. They cost $8.76 and they are made for your tablet.

Contact with another phone the company your phone has and they will tell you what is going on.

Here are a couple of links of were to get a replacement LCD Screen.
It should come apart fairly easy and the lcd ribbon should unplug so then you can place the new one in and plug it in.

The AC adapter did not work - it never charged the battery so I discarded it but never found any reference to it on the Archos web site.

dont you have to register it?

did you buy it new. then there should be a warranty on it and you could send it back and it could get reapaired

I'm having exactly the same problem, i.e. bought from Luzerntech and now can't get downloads because they won't recognise the serial number. There is no email at Archos to contact and I don't want to spend 25p a min to phone. I have contacted Luzerntech to see if they can help and will let you know if they answer.
