possibly hard disk is disconnected. check its usb/ide cable inside the computer
confirm it can be seen in the setup of your computer. if it is and still problem, hard disk could be headed to failure. either buy another one or try formatting this one and see if it can still give you some service.
Good day!Is that pen drive a new one?if it is new..it will appear to the screen to let you format it..if not new..then maybe there is a virus that cause the damage..you can try plugging it again and go to my computer..right click then go to Manage..go to Disk Management..See if the pen drive is there..or use partition magic to show it..then you can reformat it if it shows..ask me if you cant dot this.. regards, mastergani

I,d suggest searching For MSI Drivers. They Do A VIA 4 in 1 Driver, which may solve Your Problem.
What it has done is replace the motherboard sound chip drivers. You may be able to get them back as follows: - Go 'Start' - 'Control Panel' -'Sound/Audio Devices' Select 'Hardware' then click on 'Realtek AC 97' when it opens slect the Driver tab and then 'Roll Back Driver'. reboot and you should have your sound back. Do the same sort of thing with anything else that has gone missing using 'Control Panel' - 'System'- ' Device Manager' and sorting anything with a yellow warning triangle next to it
