SOURCE: need help bad

If you have moved your music files from their original location you'll have to move them back for them to download.

SOURCE: My mp3 play is not working.

First I would connect my MP3 to the internet then I would reformat it. then try to download your songs again. I would also try to use an sd card loaded with MP3 music to review the MP3. This is the main reason I bought this MP3 myself. I download audio books on sd cards.

My philips gogear wont turn on

Disconnect the GoGear from the computer
Reset it first (pinhole in back - safety pins work best), even if nothing happens - just to be on the safe side
Nothing will happen still, but we are OK
Make sure the power is off, and hold in the volume + button, reconnect the GoGear to the computer while holding in the volume + button, and continue holding volume + until a window pops us saying Found New Hardware Wizard
Go through the Found New Hardware Wizard, and the GoGear should be working again - the player will be revived

Write me back if this fails to resolve the problem.

Creative zen recovery mode

I tell you how to go into recovery mode, but taking apart the mp3 player may have caused ireeparable harm.
Try this: disconnect the player from the computer, turn it off, hold in the volume + button, and reconnect the player to the computer while holding the volume + button in. Keep holding the volume + button for an additional 5-50 seconds. Windows should eventually go into recovery mode and revive the player- it will pop up a window that says Found New Hardware Wizard.

Freezing up when i hook up the usb cable to my real player

You can try this, but I was completely unable to get a similar model, the SA4111 to work on my computer using any method at all - this was not their best product:

Try this: disconnect the player from the computer, turn it off, hold in the volume + button, and reconnect the player to the computer while holding the volume + button in. Keep holding the volume + button for an additional 5-50 seconds. Windows should eventually go into recovery mode and revive the player- it will pop up a window that says Found New Hardware Wizard.

How do i put music on it

First you have to have music downloaded on to your computer. After you do that, find the folder that the music is in and open it. Then hook your mp3 player to your computer, once the computer tells you that it found new hardware, open my computer and you should see removable disk click on it to open it, now you should have two windows open, take the music from that folder and drag and drop it into the removable disk folder.
hope it helps

Cannot install the device

With regards to this issue, I would suggest you to download windows update since samsung MTP devices are generic driver loaded by microsoft. Then after you have downloaded the windows update press and hold the play button of your device while you are connecting it to your computer, if this is successful a Found new hardware message will pop up on your screen then just follow the on screen instruction on how to install your device. Hope this helps. PEACE!
