Loud Fan, Three Beeps, Black Monitor and No Keyboard response

Husband was online, screen went black then a message stating that "Windows was not shut down properly or was not responding" then the message gave three options to restart Windows.
He tried to restart in Safe Mode but computer was froze, no keyboard function, computer fan was very loud. He tried to restart the computer but it wouldn't shut down, so it was unplugged and allowed to sit for 30 mins. Tried to restart Computer...Fan comes on and puter beeps three times, monitor displays color code thing (Red, Blue, Green) then goes blank and power light turns to yellow. No Keyboard response at all. We have unplugged printer, keyboard, monitor, and power source then plugged back in power source, monitor and keyboard...still nothing.
The computer is a 14 month old GT5404 with Vista

Well you either have bad RAM, or a Video Card that has been faulty from looking around. best way to test is to get some new Memory stick(s) if the new ones run fine, then the one you took out was faulty and the video card is good.
If the computer still doesn't boot, then its a video card issue, and that means you'll have to get a new video card.

On start up fan runs, no beeps, black screen, no response from keyboard & mouse. Unplugged everything for 30 minutes, then tried again, start up began then went to black screen, no keyboard, no m

in your case, there might be some problem with the main board.
usually no beeps will related to the processor error / mainboard error / ram error / PSU error

to check the processor : try to exchange the processor with the same type.

to check the Memory: try use rubber eraser to clean the cooper plate of the memory. then plugged it again.

in case if there is a power supply error, then try to exchange the power supply using other PC PSU.

if all steps above are checked, the problem might be at the mainboard. in that case, replacement will be the best option.

No monitor or keyboard, fan is loud, Monitor puts up th no input message but wont turn on, keyboard lights are not on either

> fan is loud

When you first turn the computer on, the full runs at 100%, until the motherboard's "POST" (Power On Self Test) procedure has checked all the hardware, and "beeped" the speaker just once.

So, no "beep" (or multiple "beeps") and the 100% speed of the fan suggest a hardware problem with your motherboard.

Take your computer to a qualified technician for professional trouble-shooting.

No screen

MOST likely the monitor is bad if you don't hear any beeps when booting up.

If you unplug the monitor the screen should say NO SIGNAL

Laptop pavilion 8310 no dispaly, getting beeps on start up

Remove laptop battery, and unplug AC power adapter for ten minutes, if this does not work there is either an hardware fault, or a system problem.

If the computer try to load Windows, then you get an error message, then you usually fix the problem reinstalling windows.

If the computer beeps and you get nothing on the screen, then it is usually an hardware fault.
