PSP SCREEN STAYS BLACK

me too wen i hit in in the back or turn it on

or press the right arrow hard me too wen i hit in in the back or turn it on

recently worked on my psp and fixed the wi-fi switch only to put it back together turn it on and hear it start up with the screen not working.
tried using my newer psps screen but it doesnt work neither.
HOWEVER.. if iput the new psp's motherboard into my old psp the screens work perfectly( but the new mother board has no custom firmware and the charge peice is broke off) that was last night.

i hope that i can get the screen to work with my old motherboard or else i will have to get ahold of an older psp again( preferebly one that has a problem with buttons or cracked screen so i can get it easily)
