It could be yet another glych with Vista. Try contacting the Microsoft website, and if there is not a specific patch available - email them.

The Olympus website may have something -

NEW DOWNLOADS FROM OLYMPUS

If this still does not work - Email Microsoft or Olympus directly, as you may not be the only one in this situation.

unfortunately it is repair issue.. the lens does go out on a track and may have got off track

u may use the cd driver and reinstall it for the pc to recognize your camera

You have to take out the card before you switch on the camera. Switch on the camera and then put in the card. Then it works
