Seems that you have mismatched the sides of the master. Are you sure you placed the master correctly? An original Riso master should have a text at the side of the roll to show where the coloured flange should be.

I am facing frequent tearing of fuser film code 00007.The engg. advised n converted 4570 canon to reduced speed approx 30-35 copies per min. but the problem persists after every 18000-20000 copies .Please...

Hello,
if the fixing film keeps to wear down rapidly, the problem can be few things.

  1. Maybe the pressure between fixing film and silicon roller isn't good ( replace silicon roller, silicon roller bushings, and execute the nip check in service mode )
  2. Maybe that the fixing film isnt Canon and therefore lower quality.
  3. Maybe the fixing heater ( beneath the fixing roller ) has "nose" or place where the fixing film gets stucked or wraped. Change the fixing film assembly ( Canons film + heather in assy )
  4. TO BE SURE, THE BEST SOLUTION IS TO CHANGE THE WHOLE FIXING ASSY with new one.
Hope that helps!

E000007- 0000

E007 is fixing related error! You need to change the fixing film. After replacement of fixing film, replace the cleaning roller of pressure roller.Change the cleaning roller every 10-15K copys to prevent premature fixing problems. If you have over 300 000 copys change the press.roller bushings and rubber ring , if you have over the 500 000 copys the best solution is to replace the whole fixing unit, little expensive but worthed

I am trying to print envelopes. The print keeps smearing on some copies as if the ink is on the rollers. Also, occasionally there is like a brush stroke across the center and some smearing on the edge. ...

This is a problem with envelopes because they are in two layers and the layers separate as they go through the rollers and smears the freshly sprayed ink.

Sometimes is can be fixed by using the straight bypass routing through the printer.
Or using a different, better quality envelope with a rectangular flap as opposed to triangular.
Or better still print the address on Avery Labels
I have an inkjet colour printer as well as an HP P2015D Laser printer, and I use the HP for envelopes as it is dry toner.

Uneven copy quality- Canon Copier

If the toner isnt burned on paper it means that you have to change fixing roller bushings and fixing roller.
Because you have uneven pressure between fixing and press roller

Leaking Ink Cartridge

You need a shop to clean the extra ink that's coming up on the rollers and install a mylar strip to prevent that in the future. It's the waste ink being forced up thru the exit rollers and getting on the prints.

Hi

Unplugged and try to access inside of the printer, be extra careful because you might damge the sensors. If its hard to get the film around. have it service instead.
