Mp3 i tried both theres nothing on the samsung website and i installed the other thing n it found my mp3 but its saying i have to pay to register it

The media studio wont recognise the player unless you install the program? why not install it then? does it ask for money?

You will need to make sure you have the application installed, if you haven't check on Samsung website.
If its still not showing up you might need a driver for it depending on what OS you have, again that will be on the Samsung website.
If its still not showing after both these steps it may have got a fault

all you need to do is update the software in the mp3 go to samsung.com and then go to download center and type in the mp3 modle which is usaly found on the back of the mp3 then you click on the firmware upgrade. but if this dosnt work try to turn it on and when it gets about 80 percent loaded just put it into the computer then
