When i shutdown my computer after that when lcd goes black then at that time a message shown on the black screen that "no input signal" and also glows little bit light with this message continuously.

Your monitor may have an option to set it as "manual" or "auto". If set in manual, you will have to turn off the monitor power switch each time. If it has the "auto" setting , it should shut off or "go to sleep" when it detects no input signal.

It usually depends on the monitor type and/or whether the monitor power cable is connected directly to the wall-socket or to the PC casing first. Both might explain the different behaviour. If they're all connected the same way, it's just the type of monitor that doesn't go into 'standby' mode automatically when there is no signal. You could post the exact make and model monitor and/or contact their customer support, but it's more likely not a configurable option ...

You could attach an external monitor to see if any thing is going on in your PC.

Remove the RAM memory chips out and observe if you can hear some beeps.

My monitor works for a while and then black screen appear, but blue light is on. The brand is viewsonic.

If you are able to take the monitor to another working computer test it there ti see if this continues, if it does not and the monitor works find you may be looking at a video card matter. If it does glitch then you are looking at a monitor replacement. If your going black and the computer shuts completely off it may be getting hot time to do a good dusting at the CPU and maybe some new Heat Sync Paste. John

Monitor comes on momentarily then black...tried 2nd monitor same

I suggest you try another video card in your computer. This may be the culprit if the second monitor did the same thing as the first. If the different video card does the same thing, I would then suspect the motherboard.

My monitor keeps going to a black screen a coulpe of seconds after being turned on

Video (picture) must be constantly entering a monitor for a monitor to continue to display a picture after it self tests (goes on for a second or, two) Your monitor is fine; check it using another known good computer.

Black screen not booting

check both your power and video connections to the monitor, sounds more like a monitor power issue.
if the connections appear ok, but screen still blank, try connecting a known good working monitor from somewhere else and see if it works with your pc, if it does, your original monitor is faulty, if it doesn't, you have a pc video issue.

Acer AL1916W 19" LCD Monitor Blacking out

This is not a setting or driver issue! The best way to determine this is to connect the monitor up to another device to see if the same thing occurs! If it does then your backlight is in bad shape and it is starting to go bad. It will generate enough power to display some images, but when it continues to be on for a certain peirod of time it goes black. This is common when the backlight is starting to go bad!
