yes if the phone is unlocked..

Have you change the factory setting sercuirty code?
if not try one 1234 and if that dosent work mabye the last 4 digit's off your phone number of your cell phone.

you need to download the usb driver from www.motodev.com

try mobile2mobile.net or unlockitnow.com or take the phone to a mobile service center to have it unlock for a small fee.

back up your fone 1st,, back up your data, go to your settings , initial set up, master clear, code "000000" then wait ,the phone will boot, then try..post if your problem solve
