You can go to the GE website and drill down through Consumer Products - Phones and find the manual on your base unit. I have attempted upload here, but the system will not upload.
Had the same problem with me doing something last night while deleting cid numbers where it wouldn't ring. Couldn't find the manual either so what I finally did after trying other solutions was to unhook the battery and reinstall it. Worked and the phone rings again.
