I have a Kenmore Top Load Washing Machine (110.29812890) Series 80 and its not doing anything either. I checked the receptical and it is fine. Is there a fuse I could get to to check? Any ideas

Yours is a 2 speed motor. Does it spin in 2 different speeds. If so, then it most likely is designed with only to agitate in 1 speed. If it only spins in one speed, then your motor is defective
Don't just check the connections. Pull them off! The chances are there is a cracked end area or a tight bend that caused the crack that needs to be found.
check your incoming water supply, the buzzing sound is coming fromthe waterinlet valve , soundslikke its trying to fill. possible that the valve is no good as well,
