I had purchased this unit RMO-80LPT heater several years back, I never installed unitl this week. the sales en at the time told me it was gas/propane. Now seeing the -80LPT on the side is it propane only? I have it installed properly in an enclosed porch. However it's tied inot the huse natural gas line with 1/2" blk pipe. The pilot light right away but the heater will not light. I do not see any areas to switch fuels and regualtor looks vary simple see no adjust ments on it by pulling front lower cover. I need to be of understanding is this unit propane only? and if socan the regualtor be changed to a gas unit.

The orifices for a propane heater are much smaller so you will not be able to get the natural gas to flow properly with the current orifices.

The both the natural gas and propane valve are 1/2 psi so the valve can be used but the regulator for propane is typically 8-11 inches on the wc table and the natural gas is typically 3 lbs on the wc.

You may be able to drill out the orifices in the burner and in the pilot ods and get the unit to work.

Where and how do I register my reliance hot water heater

Save receipt for warranty purpose.
Without receipt, the warranty is based on date of manufacture which can be several months, or 1-2-3 years before actual installation.
With reliance, first two digits of serial number are date of manufacture. Second two digits are week of the year.
Registration at following link using serial number located on label on side of tank:

Hi I was told that if you buy a new goodman furnace on

True, because there is no installing contractor involved with the sale the manufacturer cannot be assured that the heater will be installed properly. Contact a local installer to see if they can sell you the equipment for a few dollars over their cost if you pay them to install it. It may be cheaper in the long run especially if you are purchasing a Goodman. If not, follow the installation instructions to the letter.

Hi, My 60 inch Sony projection model # KDF-E60A20. Purchased March of '06. About 1 year and a half ago she started giving me problems. Every 30 secs or so tv would go "black" and no sound for about 30 secs...

This could be caused by dust on the bulb. Dust can cause the unit to over heat and will shutdown for a few seconds to a minute and then come back on when it has cooled down. This time can vary depending on the location of the unit and the temputure in the house. The dust becomes hot and so the Thermal unit shutsdown for a short while and then comes back on.

Clean the bulb by removing the cage and using compressed air and a micro fiber towel and install back intot he unit. Make sure you follow the Sony Maunal. Also make sure not to touch the bulb as the oils from your skin will cause it to burn out quickly.

Frost free combo unit fridge keeps getting warm

Hi: You have a bad defrost heater or defrost timer. I'm not familiar with the brand but the heater will be below the evaporator coils in the freezer ( in the back behind a panel.) When you do your defrost that your dad told you to do, it will work until it frosts up again. You are doing the work of the defrost heater. I hope this helps, Jeff

Samsung Refrigerator

This unit has a history of problems on the refrigerator side. the basic reset is press and hold down the 2 middle buttons on the freezer at the same time. As a general rule the number one problem is in the mother board. usually you can replace it and everything will work.
