Not all software works on all operating systems. This is just a fact of life. Check with the manufacturer if an update has been released or will be released for windows 10 ..... they may have one. You could always stay with windows 7 or even a dual boot setup so that you can have 7 andd 8 booting up the preferred OS at startup
I WOULD TRY CONTACTING THE COMPANY AND EXPLAIN YOUR PROBLEM, IF YOU REGISTERED YOUR PRODUCT WHEN YOU FIRST BOUGHT AND INSTALLED IT THEY SHOULD HAVE A RECORD. YOU MIGHT ALSO TRY DRIVERS.COM THEY MAY HAVE A FULL VERSION ON THERE, ALSO SEE IF THE COMPANY WHO MADE YOUR SCANNER HAS SUPPORT FOR THE PRODUCT,MOST OF THEM DO.
The IrisScan will work with Win7 32-bit. This from both the Microsoft Compatibility Center and the manufacturer's web site. In that case, just plug in your scanner and the correct driver should load (go to Windows Update on your computer to finish the installation, if needed). However, if you need a 64-bit driver, you are currently out of luck. They only have a 64-bit XP driver (no support for Vista or Win7 in the 64-bit version.)
