When Plasma TVs have sound but no picture, it's usually the Y Buffers or the Y Main board. If it's under warranty, take it in for repair. If it's not, you'll need to decide if you want to work on it yourself or take it to someone who will repair it. Good luck!
On this TV bad Y sustain buffers do NOT usually lead to lack of picture.
For details see the link below (different TV, but same effect):

Lack of picture is usually caused by bad YSUS (80%) or bad ZSUS (20%).
Most of the time when ZSUS fails it does not result in complete lack of picture, but only very dark, grainy and bleeding picture. Other times, though, it can be completely blank too, so do not take it for granted.
Both YSUS and ZSUS will fail relatively soon after each other. That is not because failure of one constitutes failure of the other, but because they both work shoulder to shoulder and wear out relatively evenly. Much like two car tires.
So if they both started working together they will wear out evenly and be near the end of their life cycles together.
It's rarely at the exact same time, but it's close.
And you very rarely have to replace/service both at the same time. It's just recommended due to the above reasons and the inconvenience of having to open the TV twice and wait for replacement/service twice.

speakers switched off?
volume on set or a box down or muted? check both the set and box.
Does the set have normal sound when playing a DVD etc via the audio and video jacks on the rear or side?

check first at the sound set up menu might set to off. if the settings is ok and the speaker is also good, the cause is either bad amplifier circuit or sound processor at the main board. at this time you will need a trouble shooting.
