we had the same problem, if you call the service number on your manual they can tell you how to fix it. It only took a few minutes. On another note, does your washer omit a foul smell. It seems to be a problem for many consumers who have purchased LG washers. We've had the problem and when I went to google and typed in LG Tromm Washing machine troubleshooting, one of the sites to pop up was consumer affairs complaints about LG washers. I went to the website and it appears hundreds of people have the same smell coming from their washers. None have gotten any help from LG and are simply told that they are doing proper maintenance. This is a design flaw.
