I have samsung sgh d900 for almost a year now, suddenly trouble arises when pushing its slide up for u to input/write a text/number to it, my problem is i can't view anything in it!anyway,pushing back (down) the slide the is ok. then i found out its "flex cable thing" is defective and manage to replace it.then i thought my problem has been solved coz i can now view/see the screen display when the slide is up, thinking also that all its features will works. but when i tried to use or shoot pictures it "hanged!" or freeze as well as recording a video. HOPING somebody will tell me what to do in solving this kind of problems of mine.thanx in advance...more power to FixYa people.
Again this is hleibert, i am glad and very much thankful to Bajanguru for his effort and abrupt reply in helping me with my D900 video and photo problems. unfortunately it didn't work, anyways i manage to try and let another technician to again check it and advice me to buy another flex for it, then everything went on smoothly and can now use all features of my D900. It takes two "flex" thing to solve my problem. Again i extend my appreciation and great thanx to Bajanguru. more power to you and FixYa!
Try *2767*3855# if that does not work then you need to have the firmware reflash on the phone.
