This is just the path to the library file, this is where Casio store images automatically.if you want to download photos from sd card while camera is connected keep the camera switched on ,connect cable,go to computer ,the camera should be listed. Then transfer to C:/picture folderYou may need to use an install disc,if you don't then obtain a card reader ,remove card from camera and download across that way.if you need to transfer images off the cameras memory then camera needs to be connected.
The Exilim is using SD-cards to store the photos. These are usually unlocked by pushing them in a little. Try using your thumbnail to push it, then remove the pressure. It will spring back and come out a little. Then grab it and pull it out completely. Also, you can connect the camera directly to the computer via USB, which may be more comfortable for you, if you just want to transfer the photos.
instll the program cd given with the camera,on your computor and then connect your camera to ur computor, oprate as per the display to download ur photoes.
The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.
Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo cataloging program such as Windows Photo Gallery or Picasa.
We discovered that the photos weren't corrupt on the camera, but were being corrupted when transferred to Picassa, during the transfer process. We transferred some test photos using a simple file copy operation and it worked out fine.

Try reinstalling your camera drivers. You need to uninstall it first while docking station is removed. Then reinstall your camera software through the cd that comes with it then try plugging it in again either on the same usb slot or a different usb slot. Then try docking the camera again if theirs any interruptions. Usually if you transfer the docking stations usb cord plug to a different usb slot, the transfer goes haywire. Try transferring to a different usb slot...
If all else fails, get a card reader for your cameras memory card, it is way faster...
If the files are ALREADY tagged with the info then they should remain after transfer. There are no particular steps that you should have to follow. Different programs that you use will ask if you want to transfer that information with the pictures so just watch when you are transfering your pictures. :)
