Monitor dispaly problem

From the description one of the inverter transformers have failed, located on the power supply/inverter board.

Any 15-inch CRT-style monitor should be replaced by a 15-inch or 17-inch LCD-style monitor. You can find "previously-owned" monitors for $30 to $50, which is less than taking your CRT monitor to a TV/video repair-shop for an *attempt* to get it repaired.

You need to setup your monitor for full display. Look at the button in your monitor and press "Auto/Set" (or something similar) then it will start to display as desired. Actually, your 25" monitor has a built-in option to display in several aspect ratio. Please choose a ratio that will fill up the entire screen.

Another one restriction here is your video cards. Some video cards limit display size and resolution.

check display on external monitor.
if it shows display on external then it means that there is the problem in internal lcd of the notebook.

well, there are two options

rite click on the desktop screen

properties------settings and then change the screen resolution which best fits u

OR

if the settings were changed from the monitor then use the buttons on the monitor and there is an option to reset it to default, do that

this should work

u have to need reset bios .
Open cpu cabinet and find mother bord pull cmos cell for 15 minutes from mother bord.
then bios is reset.
Tehn start computer problem still arisde.then when u power up the computer press F8 key then enter in enable vga mode.then go to dispaly property and change screen resolujtion to 1024*768 then apply and ok.

Go to Display in control panel, Then go for display settings
Then click identify select display one or two....if it is not detect display ..click detect ..

click windows key+p there it shows multiple monitors ,extended display,duplicate dispaly

when u power up the system press F8 key then enter in enable vga mode.or safe mode.check your dispaly resolution in control panle.
if it is 800*600 or 1024 *768 tehn its ok.thene go to my computer and right clik it properties.then advanced.then chooose best performance.

15" Monitor warranty period 1 year from mfd date.

17" Monitor warranty period 3years from mfd date.
