I bought this stroller in 2009 in June. It's giving me problems sliding the seated position to folded position. The licks that click when you pull the stroller up don't quite click and I have to force the stroller by hand to click to lock. Same happens when I want to fold it back to store it, it only folds the first half and the second half gets stucked...I manually have to wiggle the sides to cause it to fold. Any way to trubleshoot it or should I seek professional repair help. ?

Folding up duoglider. Fold the botom basket down. I always take off the front wind breaker ( infants cover). It will just pop right off. Then locate the front handle of glider, slide red button to the right and twist.

In the middle of the underneath of the pushing handle, below where the hand brake lever is there should be a button. If there is, this is what you do.
1) put the foot brake on so the rear wheels wont turn.
2) unclip the clips on the frame that allow you to adjust the height of the pushing handle, they open up, and leave them open, like this the handle you push the buggy with should slide up and down.
3) pull this handle out to its tallest position
4) Hold the handle and press the button mentioned at the start in and hold it in
5) Then quite quickly push the handle down as though you were either pushing it to lower its pushing height, or shoving it away in a temper. It needs to be a firm and quick movement.

Ta da!! After a couple of tries it should click and fold up.

Not sure how different this one is to ours but we have an older Dreamer Design double stroller and down by the front wheel there are two black plastic clips that you pull upwards while at the same time pushing two small depressable "buttons" that are in line with the main bars coming down towards the front wheel... once that's done you lift and push backwards at the same time, the whole stroller frame will move backwards (oh brake has to be on) and then once those main bars are free you can pull the frame towards you and then double it over back on itself...the rear wheels pull out by pushing the centre button and pulling on the wheel and they you're able to put it just about anywhere...hope that helps...Rob
