Problem: No ice production
Notes: Everything was working fine until I decided to take out the ice bin and clean it. I did notice a lot of ice build-up in the area in the door where the ice comes out. I was having to clean this every week as there was a tremendous amount of ice build up and this was blocking the opening in the door where the ice was coming out. I have a new water filter and water is coming out of the water dispenser. It doesn't appear any water is making it to the ice maker. Help!
Check to see if your on/ off switch is green on the im 1st. 2nd make sure that you have properly seeded the dispenser tray by using the cross method. the auger arm at the back of the tray turn vertical and the auger mtr gear in the rf turn horizonal then insert the tray in the machine

I have a chunk of ice at the back of ice despenser. I have the ice despenser in the door and I noticed I wasn't getting enough ice out like before.
Pulled ice draw out and noticed chunk of ice at the back. Can I break up the ice or what should I do?
We moved our side by side from garage to house, hooked up the lines including new icemaker valve and also a t-handle valve but the icemaker is not producing any ice.
my ice dispenser is not making ice, the green light keeps flashing? I turn it off and then on- the green light is solid for a-while then flashes again.
