Perhaps replace your power cord. Borrow power cord from repair shop. If it works it's the cord. Also if the TV is plugged into power bar make sure the power bar hasn't been inadvertently turned off.
Look for power outlet and ensure there is power. Check TV on other power outlets. Ensure required voltage is there on the power outlet. Even then, if you notice that the TV does not work, it might be attended to by a skilled and qualifies service technician.
Disconnect the power cable from the TV and then press and hold the power button on the TV for 25 seconds. Now, reconnect the power cable and then try to turn it on.

when you say has got power, but wont turn on, i pressume your TV is on standby mode. have you tried your remote control to turn it on? or try the TV panels? if you have tried those but still wont turn on then you have trouble with the mains power supply of the TV. have it checked by a techincal person.
