I have an lg ku990 and the disc that came with it is too small for my pc . how can i get the software to install my phone so that i can upload my photos? mrs andrews

go to http://update.lgmobile.com and download the Manual & Software section to download the LG PC Suite for your phone.

You can download the software over the net. Its Free.

There is no installation cd for the KU990 Viewty. There is a Software CD for the PC suit, but this is used only for sync and transfer files from the computer to your phone, you don't really need it at all since there are other ways to do it without the software, don't worry about it just enjoy your phone.

if you set up your phone to be a mass storage device you can find your pics on the phone i use this opion always because it alows me to place my pics anywhere i want.

You are right, the site used to direct to the download page from LG, apparently LG does not distribute the software anymore. Please do not use this link.

Only way to get the software is contacting LG, providing model number and asking a copy of the software.

i just read somewhere that you have to buy a memory card... without one the pc will not recognise the phone with the software.

Take the CD and put it in another computer that can read it and copy the contents to a USB stick, then u can take it and install it into your PC.. thats what i did.... OR you can download it from http://uk.lgmobile.com/web/web.mypage.RetrieveMyPhoneList.laf
