I have a new LG plasma TV, I have great picture for GEM and 7mate but no sound. All other new station are good. My other TV's in the house get both GEM and 7mate perfectly so antenna and signal quality OK ? Thanks

Most major manufacturers supply manuals and software updates online so if you were to log on to the manufacturer's web site, you may be pleasantly surprised as usually, if available, one is able to download, by model number, Customer Instruction Manuals, Dealer Network for spare part supplies and updates as required.

Had no sound on 7 mate, then lost sound on gem, tried auto tuning then lost picture and sound of all 3 chanels of sbs. so then went under options and factory reset. Still have no sound on gem an 7mate, but...

Sorry to hijack your post, but I have the same model and the same problem. After searching the net a bit it appears to be an LG issue.......

Hello, My sister had the same problem, contacted LG, they wanted, the serial number, model number, and sent a usb with up-dated software, she plugged it in at the side of the tv, and it worked.Please contact them yourself, sure you will, get the help you need. Regards, Joni

I reciebe all the new channels but 7mate and gem have no volume, I have tried everything is there a certain cord or set top box I need.........Please help....

i have had this same problem with many of my customers of late...have not found and hard and fast solution however try retuning the tv or upgrading the firmware. I think you may have to contact LG regarding a firmware upgrade as this tv has no network connections or usb ports. i had to replace a set top box for a newer model for this same reason.

I get no sound or picture on channels 90 (GEM) and 73 (7mate) but i do get their guide. Every other channel is fine. I have done auto channel search a few times and nothing has helped.

I ended up ringing LG who we got our plasma tv with and they sent me out a usb device that I plugged into my tv and now I get sound!

Lg plasma have sound but no picture tv made a popping noise then lost picture can change stations but no dispaly on tv

your lcd backlight has a problem probbably the ballast try to replace the the backlight ang the ballast this can solve the problem...

LG 42PC3D Plasma: No picture, good sound

One of the SUS panels will be defect.On these panels you will find several fuses,the panel with the broken fuse must be replaced.
Sus panels are the panels with the big cooling blocks.
