We bought a used Barbie Power Wheels Jeep at a garage sale and were told the battery was dead. We bought a replacement, but it still doesn't run. It doesn't make any noise whatsover when you put the lever in front or reverse position.

Also, to keep the batteries from going bad, buy a 1.5 amp self maintaining charger and splice in the power wheels battery plug. This will keep your battery from over charging and you can leave it plugged in all the time because it shuts itself off.
